Milestones

I always see lots of bloggers celebrating their “blogiversaries” and great milestones of their blogs along the way, but I’ve never really had one of my own.  I could hardly pat myself on the back for being a “blogger” for a year when that milestone passed because I think I’d written a total of 3 posts that year.  I hadn’t found my niche.  It wasn’t even until about a year ago now that I started getting into a bit of a groove.  A post a week – or every other week at least.  A paper wreath.  A glass jug lamp.  I’m not sure when it turned into the documentation of my insanity.  Probably right around the time the Mister and I almost got arrested in our HAZMAT suits.  Anyway, there’s a point to this post…

As I was sitting here about to click on the “Add New” button to write you up a little tutorial on how to install corner beading, I noticed something in my WP dashboard’s statistics.  99 posts.  I’ve written 99 posts.  And while I’m sure to many that seems like such a trivial milestone, I wanted to share that with you.  Today, I have finally reached 100.  Although now I kind of feel like I wasted this post in talking about what number it is.  Let’s call this one 99 1/2.

OK…. now to go and type up that tutorial for you.  I’m sure you’re just giddy with anticipation.
