It’s funny. When the tow truck driver was telling me “Oh you don’t want to take your car to ____ . You might not get your car back… you might get a bike” there was a moment where I actually considered the benefit of that scenario. I’m pretty sure my coworkers think I’m completely incapable of driving. Heck – I’m even starting to wonder. I’ve had this car a little over a year and it’s been in the shop 5 times. Once to have both the front and back bumper replaced, then to have the back bumper replaced AGAIN (because it’s apparently made out of magnetic material and people like to hit me), then to have the side-view mirror replaced which had been ripped off in what we can only assume was an attempted break-in
, then to have all 4 tires replaced because I busted one right around the time I yelled “that curb came out of nowhere!” and now to have the tie tod replaced because after a month of ignoring the fact that it was bent… it snapped. Ever try driving a car with the two front tires pointed in opposite directions? Doesn’t go anywhere. Funny that. Did I mention my parents are still paying for my car insurance? Seriously… I think I should get a bike.
How was your weekend?
